A warm, playful studio workshop for curious makers to explore new ideas, experiment with confidence, and fill their sketchbooks with creative marks andbeautiful beginnings.

What it’s all about?

Sketchbook Social is a relaxed, inspiring workshop where creativity has room to breathe. It’s a friendly space to try new materials, play with processes, and discover fresh ways of making that feel joyful and your own.

Over each four-week block, your sketchbook becomes a creative companion — a place to gather ideas, test techniques, and build confidence as your own visual style begins to grow.

Basic materials are provided, and some we sessions may suggest a few extra bits to bring along. We’ll also make use of found objects and affordable materials that are easy to source locally. This workshop is ideal for beginners or if you are interested in creating art. 

Workshop content

In this four-week workshop, we’ll explore the expressive possibilities of MARK MAKING through a range of media, simple tools, and playful techniques. You’ll experiment with different ways to describe form, suggest tone, create texture,and develop lively, characterful outcomes inspired by what you see.

Cost

Four-week workshop: £48 per person. To help keep the course flowing smoothly, each four-week block should be paid for in full.
