A Gentle Creative Pause This Spring
This April, give yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with your creativity. Our Tetra Pak Print Course offers a welcoming, low‑pressure space to explore printmaking using recycled milk cartons — turning everyday materials into something thoughtful, expressive, and beautifully unique.
Designed as a gentle six‑week journey, the course invites you to step away from the rush of daily life and enjoy the simple pleasure of making by hand. Working at an unhurried pace, you’ll discover how texture, tone, and line can emerge through playful experimentation, without any expectation of prior experience.
The process itself is soothing and absorbing. From carving into the carton to inking and printing, each stage encourages focus and presence. Using eco‑friendly inks and our beautiful vintage press, you’ll experience the quiet satisfaction that comes from slowing down and watching an image gradually take shape.

Creativity has a powerful role in supporting wellbeing, and this course is designed with that in mind. The repetitive, tactile nature of printmaking can feel grounding and calming, helping to ease stress and create moments of flow. It’s a chance to breathe, to switch off from screens, and to reconnect with your senses.
Alongside the making, there’s a strong sense of shared experience. Sessions take place in a relaxed, supportive studio environment where conversation flows naturally and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. Whether you’re seeking connection or simply some peaceful time for yourself, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
No experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Whether you’re looking for a creative reset or a more sustainable way to make art, the Tetra Pak Print Course offers a blend of creativity, community, and wellbeing.
